Bret Michaels Sues $5 Millions against the Concert Promoter

Bret Michaels appeared on Syracuse NY two weeks ago to perform in a live concert. He found that the concert was postponed without any confirmation. The winner of “Celebrity Apprentice and also the rocker was so upset with the incident and sue the concert promoter for $5 millions since the promoter claimed that the show was postponed since Michaels didn’t show up in the live concert but on TV instead.

It started when Michaels was scheduled to appeared in Syracuse and also “America’s Got Talents” of NBC at the same time. Since the show on NBC was taped therefore Michaels can reach the location in schedule but he found that there were no crowds, no stag, no lights nor sounds whatsoever. Michaels then sued Aloha and Michael Banks for such incidents. However Michael Banks blames on Michaels schedule which is conflicted appearance schedule.

Michaels’s fans seeking for news about the postponement and they demand the money therefore New York State Attorney General’s office then was contacted to deal with this issue. Michaels is now attending the court to prove that he has no guilt on this problem. He also asserted $75,000 for breaking the contract and about $5 millions for the defamatory statement alleged by Michael Banks.
