Homeowner Skepticism and Optimism on Housing Price

However on the other hand 27% of homeowners believe that the value of their homes will be increasing in the next 12 months. 35% believe it’ll be steady, while 12 % estimated a decrease and 26% have no idea about it. Although there are also increasing optimism and hopes for increasing home values however many homeowners are so anxious and tend to wait and see the best opportunity to sell their home. Indeed 5% of US homeowners in the next six months will put their home in the market especially when they find positive signs in the real estate market.
